Our Founding
Analyst Training and Placement structure
Across all three pods, members begin with structured analyst training designed to build the skills needed to research markets, develop investment theses, analyze companies and data, and communicate ideas with conviction.
Members then apply that training directly within Global Macro, Long/Short, or Quant, gaining hands-on experience through research and investment pitches.
Our goal is to prepare analysts for recruiting across the investment industry, including leading hedge funds such as Citadel, Millennium, and Balyasny, as well as top investment banks and other financial institutions.

Founded in 2025 as a Delaware LLC, Crown & Dagger was created to build an investment fund grounded in global macro. We develop macro-informed theses across commodities, macro products, and fundamental equities, alongside quantitative strategies that complement our discretionary approach.
Throughout your time in the fund, you’ll develop investment intuition alongside the technical skills to understand how geopolitics, policy, and global events translate into market movements.
